This comfortable and short circular route is recommended for all kinds of visitor. This is one of the most visited footpaths among visitors due to its location in the main recreational area of the Park, La Laguna Grande. On its short track, it is possible to visit a kind of woodland called fayalbrezal (heather and myrtle), which is characteristic of the southern slopes of the park which is drier, as well as remnants of brezal de cumbre (mountain heather) with the ground covered in moss.

At the end of April and the beginning of May lovely tapestries of flowers lighten the mood of the route. It has a viewing point from which you can enjoy the Fortaleza de Cherelepín, a volcanic dome covered in vegetation. This route has panels for interpretation, which explain some of the treasures which can be seen along the route.
